Race meet tailgates can be simple country picnics, elaborate affairs with silver and crystal or themed parties! Adding to the fun and festivities is our traditional tailgate contest. Beginning at 1:30 p.m., our roving judges will stop by tailgates to sample the flavor and enjoy the presentation of participating tailgates. In order to participate, simple tell the judges when they stop by that, yes, you would like to be judged!

Railside Box (best view): $500
Finish line view with exciting stretch runs, steps to the paddock to see the horses before each race, convenient to visiting vendors, railside boxes are in the middle of the action! Limited availability, call 410-549-1669 to confirm availability. Railside patrons may begin arriving as early as 9 a.m. to drop off tables, chairs and supplies to their boxes. Tents are permitted. All vehicles must be removed from railside area by 11:30 a.m. Tents are permitted.

Preferred Patron: $300
Premium hilltop tailgating with great views and traditional tailgating; preferred patrons may begin arriving as early as 11 a.m.

Subscriber Parking: $100
A good tailgating option in a fun-filled viewing area; subscribers may begin arriving as early as 11 a.m.

General Parking: $25
General parking is the perfect option for those who wish to hand carry in a blanket and a picnic basket or who are joining other tailgates.
